Step by Step How to Apply MOFCOM Scholarship 2024
Step 1:
Visit http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina or www.campuschina.org and click on “Application Online for International Students”.
Step 2:
Read the “Tips for online application” carefully before clicking “NEXT” to access the registration page.
Step 3:
Log in with your username and password. If you’re a new user, click “Create an account” to register.
Step 4:
Make sure you put in the right Agency Number and Program Category. The Agency Number tells you which agency will be getting your application, and it’s very important to choose the right Program Category before entering the Agency Number. Make sure you enter everything correctly, or your application might not be accepted.
The “Agency Number” is 00010 and the “Program Category” is Type A.The name of the agency will show up automatically after you enter the right “Agency Number.”
Step 5:
Follow the steps on the left side of the page to correctly and fully fill out the Online Application Form and upload all of the necessary supporting documents.
Applicants must pick a field before they can choose a major. If you’re not sure about your majors and fields, you can look at the fields Index, which you can download under “Help.”
Step 6:
Review each part of your application carefully before submission. Click “Submit” to send your application.
Step 7:
If needed, you can make changes to your application by clicking “Withdraw and Edit the Application” at the top of the page. After making changes, be sure to resubmit by clicking “Submit”. Failure to do so may render the retrieved application invalid, and the new application won’t be received.

Send the full application package, including hard copies and scanned copies, to the Economic and Commercial Counsellor’s Office (ECCO) of the Chinese Embassy. Make any other supporting papers that are needed.
