• Either a valid National ID card or a current passport.
• A recent picture of the candidate (please note that the picture you put into the application system needs to be a good one of you; pictures of candidates that are hard to recognize will hurt your chances of being chosen).
• Scores from a national exam are needed for applicants who don’t already have a foreign qualification or certification.
• Graduation diploma or short-term award.
• transcripts from school (online screenshots and transcripts that aren’t certified will hurt your application’s review).
• Scores from international tests (GRE, GMAT, DELF, YDS, YOS, etc.) if the university and school you want to attend require them.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Applicants must be younger than 21 and have gotten at least 70% on their last degree.
• Master’s degree: Applicants must be younger than 30 and have a grade point average of at least 75%.
• For a Ph.D., applicants must be younger than 35 and have at least a 75% grade point average.
• Health Science (Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy) candidates must have at least a 90% average in their classes.
• This scholarship is not open to students who are already learning in Turkey.
• People who are or have been citizens of Turkey are not qualified.
